Opteven, specialist in assistance, mechanical breakdown guarantee and services adapted to mobility, accelerates the digitization of its content by deploying its Digital Factory. Its mission is to implement solutions based on innovative technologies which aim, in the long term, to retain partners with beneficiaries, or acquire new ones. Concretely, the Digital Factory is positioned as the pillar of the company’s digital strategy for 2025. Directed by Adrien Lamotte, the entity brings together multidisciplinary and international teams as Opteven has five sites in Europe (France, Italy, United Kingdom, Spain and Germany).
“The Digital Factory will allow Opteven to accelerate its digital strategy which already has concrete achievements with the development of API catalogs (application programming interface), the provision of e-signature at the distributor or the creation of online sales solutions for mechanical breakdown warranty contracts ”, specifies the Lyon group. Last March, it presented two new services on the mobility market, respectively baptized Smart Valet (jockey service) and Assist’M (assistance solution ranging from simple breakdown assistance to vehicle loan).
