Le Mans Classic – Découvrez les procédures billetterie


Due to the evolution of the constraints applied to large-scale events, Peter Auto and the Automobile Club de l’Ouest were obliged to to postpone again the tenth edition of Le Mans Classic to the first or second weekend of July 2022, the date will be confirmed in September. Tickets remain valid for 2022, it is important to keep them to access the circuit during the event.

If you are not available on this new date, you will find below the procedures to follow to obtain a Credit Note in accordance with Ordinance 2020-1599 of December 16, amended by Ordinance 2021-137 of February 10, 2021.

Your request must be made no later than May 31, 2021.

You bought your ticket from the official 24 Hours of Le Mans ticket office
(ticket.lemans.org, Ticketing Service, ACO Agencies or Official Stores)

  • You have physical tickets: complete the Credit note request form and return your original tickets (keep a copy) together with the Credit note voucher by May 31, 2021 at the latest.
  • You have ordered physical tickets but have not yet collected your physical tickets: complete the Credit note request form by May 31, 2021 at the latest.
  • You have ordered electronic tickets: complete the Credit note request form by May 31, 2021 at the latest.
  • You already have a Credit note following the postponement of 2020, please complete this form and send it by email or by post to the contact details indicated on it.

You bought your ticket through the ticket office network

  • FRANCE TICKET
    For web reservations made on the France Billet network (Fnac / Carrefour / Système U / Intermarché / Géant):
    Connect to https://annulation.francebillet.com (with your order information) to start your procedure. He can also do the process by contacting our customer service at 01.41.57.32.18
    For reservations made directly in store:
    Go to your point of sale again with your tickets (Fnac, Carrefour, Géant, Système U, Intermarché).
  • TICKETNET
    For reservations made directly in store:
    Customers of the Ticketnet network must be reimbursed at the distribution chain where they purchased the tickets. For example, a ticket purchased in an Auchan store must process its refund request in an Auchan store
    For web reservations
    The reimbursement terms will be sent by email to customers who have purchased their tickets on the Ticketnet network sites.

The Automobile Club de l’Ouest specifies that only the price of the ticket may be the subject of a credit note, excluding any ticket shipping costs and all ancillary costs (such as transport, hotel …).
