Geoconcept optimizes appointment scheduling

The publisher of geographic solutions for planning the tours of sales professionals has just presented the new version of its management tool, Opti-Time for Salesforce Spring 2021.

To get back on a good commercial footing in the spring, Geoconcept has decided to offer an enhanced version of its field sales management application, Opti-Time for Salesforce. Called Spring 2021, it brings additional features such as enhanced real-time appointment booking as well as automatic reports aimed at facilitating the monitoring and analysis of these customer meetings. Linked to the history of event statuses, the latter offer to compare the planned events with those already carried out, in order to facilitate future decision-making regarding prospecting.

Thus, when the user wishes to schedule a new appointment, the interface offers him various availability slots with a color code allowing him to identify the occupancy rate of his diary. Likewise, thanks to this balancing of the customer portfolio, mobile teams are guaranteed to make as many appointments as possible while minimizing the number of kilometers traveled. More ergonomic and with a redesigned cartographic representation, Opti-Time for Salesforce Spring 2021 also integrates autocompletion features to make entering addresses faster and more reliable. Finally, to facilitate the handling of this augmented solution, animated tutorials and user guides are available for the user.
